What got you into pilates? How long have you been an instructor?
After trying every type of workout, I loved how I felt afterwards. It lengthens and strengthens, and is core-based, which will help you do anything you like to do.

In 2011, I became a certified instructor of the Lagree Method at The Studio (MDR) and have never looked back. We opened our 1st location of The Studio (MDR) in January of 2011 and will open our 4th location in downtown Culver City in January 2019!

Using the Lagree Megaformer at The Studio (MDR) is unlike any other workout you have ever done before. The heart is going to race, the sweat will pour, the muscles will shake, all the while your body moves in slow controlled movements.
What's your fave outdoor workout activity?
Hiking and stand up paddling boarding! The benefits of living LA is having outdoor activities accessible all year round.
Who is your fave workout buddy?
Mumu’s one and only, Amanda Macuga! Not only is she one of my very best friends but she is always down for any group class or fitness activity.

Advice for easing back into things after The Holidays?
Set yourself up for success. Plan your workouts beforehand and stick to them. Consistency is key. Working out has to become part of your lifestyle. Its all about creating good habits for you and your body, and learning what works for you and drink LOTS of water:) Don’t wait for the New Year, January 1st is just like any other day, so my best advice would be to start TODAY. You got this!
