Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Store Credit
To use an online store credit, sign into your ShowMeYourMumu account; on the account dashboard click on “view store credit balance” to view available store credit. Upon checking out, in the list of payment types if a store credit balance exist it will appear as a payment option on the checkout page. Select this option to apply a store credit to your order. Note: If you would like to return your items for store credit, you will not be charged the $6.99 return shipping fee.
Price Adjustment
If an item in our collection is marked down, please contact us within 14 days from the date of your order for a one-time price adjustment. We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before the promotion was activated. Refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment.
Secure Payment
All transactions submitted to use are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. ShowMeYourMumu is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
Adding Items to Your Mumu Tote
When viewing an item on the product detail page, you may add an item to your tote by simply selecting your size and specifying quantity needed. Then, to add the item to your tote, you will simply click the “Add To Bag” button.
Checking Out
Step 1
By clicking the “Check Out” button in your tote, you will have the option login to your ShowMeYourMumu account create a ShowMeYourMumu account or checkout as a guest.
Step 2
If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information. If paying by credit card, you will need to make sure that this billing address matches exactly what the credit card company has on file. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step. Or, you may edit your shipping address to a different address by unchecking “ship to the same address” and entering a alternate shipping address.
Step 3
Next choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery.
Step 4
To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals and entering in your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. Then click the “Place Order” button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details.
