Personal Assistant
Show Me Your Mumu is seeking an ORGANIZED personal assistant for day to day tasks. This individual must be resourceful, reliable and responsible with time management. Must be able to work select weekends.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage schedule, appointments + correspondence
  • Assist with emails
  • Assist in meetings
  • Organize work space
  • Assist with events, sample sales, and select photo shoots
  • Inventory and accounting
  • Manage warehouse storage and personal items
  • Will be trained in retail store procedures and sales
  • Periodic After Hours Events
  • Bridal Trunkshows
  • Manage Closet + Clothing pulls
  • Keep home office + wardrobe organized
  • Assist with travel need
  • Help with any personal errands, projects, or admin needed
Must Possess these skills:
  • Responsible
  • Detail Oriented
  • Willing to do any task, large or small
  • Positive Attitude
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Can work well with others
  • Must like babies + dogs
  • Must be able to work select weekends
