Tracking your order is easy, upon shipping your order a shipping notification email will be sent to the email you used when checking out. Use this tracking number to check the shipping status of your order.
Finding out the status of your order is easy peasy. If you have an account you can check the status of your order anytime by logging in to your account and clicking order history. Here you can click on view full order history and you will see the current status of your order.
Cancelling or Changing Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Adding Items to an Existing Order
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item. You can contact our customer service team to try to have both packages consolidated so you can avoid paying for shipping twice.
