Mumu is all about collaborating with likeminded, creative, and interesting people. We are fortunately longtime friends with people that fit this description! So basically….we take all of our brains, throw them in a jar, shake ‘em around for a bit while listening to Reptar and wearing a romper, and what do we get? Things like this…. Mumu has had a longstanding love affair with Cirque Du Soleil. Their latest show, Amaluna, only confirmed the romance! We were ecstatic to see upon arrival to the the big blue and yellow tent that the visual theme of the show was…wait for it…peacock feathers! Ugh. We knew mumu and the circus were lovers, but now we really know. The show was INCREDIBLE.
What to wear to the circus? Anything that makes you feel like Marlena from Water for Elephants of course. Thinking Beaux Beaux Kimoneaux or Chachi Maxi.

4th of Muly is our most favorite holiday. Well…we actually just love a good holiday in general, but the 4th gets special mumu love and affection because everyone is so mu-friendly in jean shorts and bikinis. Mumu is also born, raised, and made in America and we love celebrating our beautiful country! As the Mighty Ducks would say, “USA! USA! USA!”.
Camu spent some extra special time at the family lake house compound/commune in Toledo Bend, LA. The highlights?
1) Cammy’s dad in a Hana Trumu. Which he would NOT return at the end of the weekend. He needed it for his wardrobe. See below pic for reference which sort of reads Hebert meets Mumu meets Wild Whites of West Virginia.
2) Mumodeling with lakehouse guests on a pirate ship. Yes, a pirate ship.
3) The fireworks show from heaven. And more importantly the ‘fireworks announcement team’ heading out on the Master Craft to make sure the entire lake was aware of the schedule.
4) Spending time with old friends decked out in mus playing Bocce Ball for hours on end under the glorious flags of which we are faithful servants: Bob Marley & St. Louis Rams (thanks to T-Bob).
5) Our “Call Me Maybe” video big screen debut!
